As the ideal candidate(m/f/d) you plan and accompany requirements, processes and
processes and architectures from inception/conceptualisation to implementation. In addition, effective monitoring and regular presentations to relevant stakeholders, customers and team members are part of your tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Co-design, planning, controlling and responsibility for demand and requirement engineering, Business Architecture and/or Business development in challenging customer projects
- Holistic consulting for customers from the digital industry, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace and automotive industries from the initial idea to implementation
- Analysis of requirements from the specialist departments, creation and documentation of the business architecture and/or strategy, derivation of decision templates, specifications and requirements for people, infrastructure and applications
- Development and continuous improvement of end-to-end process automation
What you need to bring to the table
- Analytical, structured and strategic thinking and acting
- High interest in interdisciplinary tasks, competence in consulting and teamwork teamwork, skills in objective communication
- Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership potential; tenacity and flexibility; willingness to assume responsibility
- High level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken language skills (English/German)
- Driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
