As the ideal candidate(m/f/d) you will be responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, controlling and executing projects within given budgets, timeframes and targets. In addition, effective monitoring and regular presentation of project status to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members will be part of your duties.
Your responsibilities
- Management, planning, controlling and implementation of challenging customer projects using classic and agile project methods
- Holistic consulting for customers from the digital industry, mechanical and plant engineering, aerospace and automotive from the idea to implementation
- Analysis of requirements from the business units, creation and documentation of business architecture and/or strategy, derivation of decision templates, specifications and requirements for people, infrastructure and applications
- Development and continuous improvement of end-to-end process automation
What you need to bring with you
- Analytical, structured and strategic thinking and acting
- High interest in interdisciplinary tasks, competence in consulting and teamwork, skills in objective communication
- Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Leadership potential; tenacity and flexibility; willingness to take on responsibility
- High level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken language skills (English/German)
- Driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
