As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and implementing projects within set budgets, timeframes and scopes. You will also be responsible for effective monitoring and regular presentations to relevant stakeholders, clients and project team members.
Your responsibilities
- User- and solution-oriented collaboration in planning, controlling and documentation of challenging customer projects with classic and agile project methods
- Professional, customer-oriented coordination of deadlines, tasks and work packages
- Running communication and quality registers
- Organisation of meetings and trainings
- Documentation and user-oriented filing of artefacts
What you need to bring with you
- Analytical, structured and forward-looking thinking and action
- High interest in interdisciplinary tasks, competence in consulting and teamwork, skills in objective communication
- Problem-solving skills
- Persistence and flexibility; willingness to take on responsibility
- High level of customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good written and spoken language skills (English/German)
- Driving licence and willingness to travel internationally
- Willingness to develop into a project manager
